Large windows spreading floor to ceiling. It offers a beautiful view of Nice, with hilltops in the distance, along with a sea view on the right.

Above and in level with the lounge there is an open plan office with an overview of the lounge, which measures nearly 40m². Fully equipped with mac, printer, sofa, coffee table, two office desks.

Apartment has free WiFi (through entire property- fibre optic, the best signal!) , 3D TV with 2 pairs of 3D glasses available, plenty of DVDs, Game Console with games, Phone (free to receive calls or calling outside as long as to Landline (no mobiles, please)).
If you need an iPad to use during your stay, just please ask for one.

Location is absolutely fantastic, as you are on the high-street, 5 min walk to the beach, local markets and restaurants, cafes, cinemas, shopping and all tourist attractions… You are minutes walk to Fnac, Virgin, Zara, Monoprix, Nice Etoile. 1 min walk to Place Massena which is Nice’s geographic centre.

There is a tram that runs through the middle. A large number of buses to choose from – both for local trips into Nice and coaches to resorts which are further afield. Buses 98 and 99 from the Airport into Nice City Centre. 5 min walk to the main train station Nice Ville.
